Established in 1955, Guangzhou Caizhilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangzhou Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong H-share, Shanghai A-share listing) under the Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group. It owns four wholly-owned subsidiaries of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Company, Chinese Medicine Pieces Factory, Guangzhou Caizhilin Pharmaceutical Chain Store, Guangzhou Caizhilin Beishang Medicine Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Aoma Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., which is a commercial, retail and production company. One large-scale pharmaceutical distribution enterprise is also one of the largest Chinese herbal medicine enterprises in the country. As the main platform for the cultivation and procurement of Chinese herbal medicines of GPHL, Caizhilin Company has established 7 Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Chinese Medicines Co., Ltd. in the main Chinese herbal medicine producing areas such as Tibet, Guizhou, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Meizhou Fengshun. Established dozens of GAP bases such as Pinellia, Honeysuckle, Ginseng, Salvia, Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus, and achieved sales of over 3.7 billion yuan in 2014.
Guangzhou Caizhilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the operation of Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese and Western medicines, and has a full range of products. The business scope also covers more than 12,000 varieties of health foods and medical equipment. It has a strong sales network centering on Guangdong Province and radiating across the country, including commercial transfer network, medical unit network and retail chain network. In June 2001, Guangzhou Caizhilin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was the first batch of pilot enterprises in the country and passed the country.
