1. Ensure adequate sleep

Summer days and nights are short, coupled with high temperatures and rapid metabolism, it is easy to cause lack of sleep, which leads to mental dysfunction, easy to induce heat stroke, it is best to ensure 8 hours of sleep every day, do not stay up late, it is best to sleep at 22 o'clock in the evening, second Get up at 6 o'clock, don't blow directly against the fan or air conditioner during sleep.
